Special Black History Month Display Showcases Saints

In honor of Black History Month, Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic School (OLS) students learned about the lives of black saints in the Catholic Church through a special display at the school. Each week in the month of February, black saints through the life of the Church were showcased. OLS business manager Dawn Fullerton was innovative in creating the exceptional piece of history for the school. Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic School fosters the religious, academic, and social development of every child, recognizing that knowledge enlightened by faith and realized through service is at the heart of Catholic education.
