Even though the One Voice has changed format from a diocesan newspaper to a magazine, we continue requesting submissions from parishes, schools, and apostolates. The submitted content which appeared in the One Voice newspaper will now appear on the One Voice website and in the e-newsletter every other week.
Submissions dealing with events that have already happened will be assessed for additional coverage in the magazine; however, submissions dealing with events that are being planned can be published in both the e-newsletter and the magazine. For upcoming events you wish to have published in the magazine, please reference the deadline schedule. Submissions for the e-newsletter will follow the same submission deadline as was used with the newspaper, 8 days prior to publication. Submissions for events can be submitted below. Submissions for news items should be submitted to the e-mail below as a Word document. All photographs should be submitted as jpegs in an e-mail. Please do not provide links to cloud-based files. News items should be at least 400 words and at least one photos should accompany a news item.
