SUBMIT AN EVENT

Are you planning an event within the Diocese of Birmingham that you would like to see promoted on the diocesan calendar, in the One Voice e-news, or in the One Voice magazine? Complete the form below to submit your event for review.

 

 

This form is an event submission to the diocesan calendar of events. Please read the following criteria for event submissions before you agree:

 

  • The event must be hosted or sponsored by a parish, school, or an approved Catholic organization from within the Diocese of Birmingham in Alabama. 
  • This event is open to anyone in the diocese, not exclusive to one parish or a closed group that requires membership. 
  • This event is not common throughout most parishes, i.e. Holy Day Masses, Fish Fries, etc.

 

If your event reoccurs annually, please resubmit your event each year. If there are any changes to your event after submission, please contact the One Voice as soon as possible. For Hispanic Ministry events, please submit the event's title and description in both Spanish and English if possible. 

 

NOTE:  Publication of an event is subject to the editorial discretion of the One Voice.

Example Description: Help those in need by participating in North Alabama’s St. Vincent de Paul Friends of the Poor® Walk/Run. This year’s event remembers Vincentian Morgan Jellett, former president of the St. Vincent de Paul District Council of Huntsville. Children can partake in a 1K fun run followed by the 5K walk/run. Free breakfast and fun for all! Even more, you are helping to bring food, clothing, rent, utilities, and disaster relief to the poor and suffering in North Alabama.
