Our Lady of Sorrows Church parishioners Susana Moreno and Irene Porter were eager to explore The Chosen during the kickoff of adult education. Parishioners were excited to reunite for adult education for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic hit. During their Aug. 21 kickoff, the group prayed, watched the first episode of The Chosen drama series and received a study guide. The Chosen focuses on the life of Jesus as seen through the eyes of those who encountered Him. Participants also enjoyed light refreshments and fellowship. Adult education takes place in the parish hall with fellowship starting at 9:45 a.m. and the session starting at 10 a.m.
