Florence church undergoes renovation

St. Joseph Catholic Church in Florence recently completed a church renovation project. The project included repairing a leaking roof and painting the ceiling, replacing the carpet in the sanctuary with tile, renewing the altar, installing a new tabernacle, new sanctuary chairs, new tables, a new ambo, and new pews, and grinding and polishing the terrazzo floor. In addition, a generous parishioner donated the custom-made angels facing the new tabernacle. The renovations speak to the legacy of faith the parish works to continue.
