On Dec. 1, Bishop Raica traveled to Talladega to visit the Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind. He visited with students, workers, and even the equestrian facility. Bishop Raica has served as the Episcopal Moderator for the National Catholic Office for the Deaf.
