St. Bernard set to hold 41st Annual Bloomin’ Festival

St. Bernard Abbey and Preparatory School in Cullman will hold the 41st Annual Bloomin’ Festival Arts and Crafts Fair on April 5-6. The beloved event, held on the beautiful campus of St. Bernard, promises two days of extraordinary arts, crafts, music, and culinary experiences that will captivate guests of all ages.

Talented artisans from across the region will showcase their creations, offering a variety of treasures, including mesmerizing glass art, pottery, ceramics, stained glass, and paintings. Guests can also find unique handcrafted items like brooms, wind chimes, woodwork, jewelry, clothing, and delectable treats such as freshly ground cornmeal, grits, fresh lemonade, funnel cakes, BBQ sauce, and the monks’ famous cookies and breads.

Adding to the excitement, Ave Maria Grotto will welcome visitors during the festival at a reduced admission of just $5 per person.

On Sunday afternoon, attendees can look forward to the highly anticipated prize giveaways, featuring a brand-new 2025 Buick Encore GX from Bill Smith Buick GMC in Cullman, along with other exciting prizes such as a portable projector, Apple AirPods, a mini foldable drone, and a Fitbit Inspire Watch. A ticket donation of $5 each or 6 for $25 is requested. All proceeds directly support the mission of St. Bernard Preparatory School, continuing its tradition of excellence in education and community service.
