Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Cullman celebrated its 150th anniversary with a church picnic on Oct. 20. The event included a luncheon, children’s games, a photo booth, cake walk, and bingo. One of the highlights of the celebration was a display of the parish’s history, which featured photos from past events and groups, historical photos from the parish school, and historical items from the church’s archives. An estimated 600 people attended the event.
