Three students from John Carroll Catholic High School took part in an exclusive art contest sponsored by Congresswoman Terri Sewell, themed "Alabama Story Makers: The Historic People and Places of the Cotton State." Kate Nguyen, Kate Moore, and Sydney Driggers were awarded special certificates of commendation from the Congress of the State of Alabama for their beautiful and thoughtful submissions.
