The Knights of Columbus Council 11672 and the youth group at Good Shepherd Catholic Parish in Huntsville provided a Mardi Gras party for the parish and guests on Friday, Feb. 6. The early date didn’t keep parishioners from dancing and enjoying good food, which included gumbo, red beans and rice, cornbread, Mississippi Mud Cake, and beignets. A collection for the Seminarian Education Fund was taken, and over $1,300 was collected.
