John Carroll Catholic High School senior Addison Oliver was named the 2022-2023 state of Alabama InvestWrite Stock Market Game winner. Nationally, she placed eighth. InvestWrite is an innovative national writing competition, produced by The Stock Market Game. The writing competition adds a critical thinking component to help reinforce concepts learned in the classroom. Oliver is the daughter of Kenneth and Amy Oliver. She attended Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic School.
