John Carroll Catholic High School senior Bobby O'Farrell recently completed his Eagle Board of Review and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. O’Farrell is a proud member of Troop 71 from Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church in Birmingham. He is the son of Kersti and Joseph O'Farrell and resides in Indian Spring Village.
