On May 2, children from the Cathedral of St. Paul Parish and students from St. Rose Academy in Birmingham gathered at the Cathedral for First Communion. Father Bryan Jerabek, rector and pastor of the Cathedral, celebrated the Mass with Father Joseph Schultz of the Archdiocese of Mobile and Father Andrew Gutierrez of Archdiocese of New Orleans concelebrating.
