Florence’s St. Joseph, St. Florian’s St. Michael, and Tuscumbia’s Our Lady of the Shoals parishes celebrated the sacrament of confirmation on April 10. Bishop Steven Raica conferred the sacrament. Concelebrating the Mass were Father Jonathan Howell, pastor of St. Joseph’s; Abbot Cletus Meagher, O.S.B., pastor of St. Michael’s; and Father Benny Karimalikkal, pastor of Our Lady of the Shoals.
