Members of the Black Catholic Consortium were commissioned with a blessing on Saturday, June 20, during Mass at Our Lady of Fatima in Birmingham celebrated by Josephite Father Kenneth Keke, pastor. The members of the consortium will promote outreach and evangelization within the African American community with a focus on cultural diversity and racial dialogue and harmony.
