Members of Our Lady of Sorrows Parish in Homewood continued their tradition of showing their support for the Diocesan Annual Appeal for Catholic Charities and Communities. During the 5:00 p.m. vigil Mass on Sept. 20, parishioners took part in a procession to place their 2026 pledge cards in a basket held by Parochial Vicar Father Manoj Karippal Urmese. The basket of pledges was placed on the altar in thanksgiving and as a commitment to Jesus and the diocese. Parishioners also had the opportunity to do so at Sunday Masses.
