Father Max Gallegos, parochial vicar of Annunciation of the Lord Catholic Church in Decatur, recently led a Eucharistic Procession around the campus of the University of Alabama in Huntsville with the students from the university’s Catholic Campus Ministry. The Blessed Sacrament was carried from one end of campus to the other, followed by a sizable group of local students. The event was the first of its kind for the ministry. At the end of the night, adoration was held outdoors in the middle of campus, with many students joining in prayer and song.
