Parishioners of Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Hoover partnered with the Jefferson County Department of Human Resources to provide 40 backpacks overflowing with essential school supplies to children in the Jefferson County foster care system. Half of the backpacks will be gifted to middle school students, and another 20 to high school students.
