The National Association of Black Catholic Administrators held elections during its annual board meeting which was held in Austin, Texas Sept. 21-24. Dale Brown of St Petersburg, FL was elected as secretary. Father Reginald Norman of Bridgeport, CT was elected as president. James Watts of the Diocese of Birmingham was elected as vice-president, and Pamela Harris of Washington, D.C., was elected as treasurer.
