The Cathedral of St. Paul currently has over 60 boys and young men in its corps of altar servers. This year, 56 of them were able to come to the altar server appreciation event, which was held on the feast of St. John Vianney, Aug. 4. Following the event, Father Bryan Jerabek, pastor and rector of the Cathedral, remarked, “We pray that from among them will come many vocations to the priesthood in the Diocese of Birmingham in Alabama.”
