All in the diocese are invited to join Father Eric Gami, pastor of Birmingham’s St. Barnabas Parish, for a 12-day pilgrimage to Italy and Medjugorje from June 21-July 2, 2027. Serving as spiritual director, Father Gami will lead pilgrims not only to Rome for a chance to see Pope Leo XIV but also to Monte Cassino, San Giovanni Rotondo, Monte Sant’Angelo, Lanciano, Loreto, Assisi, and Medjugorje. The cost per person is $5,599, which includes round-trip airfare, airport taxes/fuel surcharges, first-class hotels, ground transportation, breakfast and dinner, entry/admission fees, daily Masses, professional tour guides, and medical insurance.
